Living UP is an ongoing campaign that recognizes and celebrates students, educators and individuals who show us how to choose well-being by actively strengthening their coping skills and bravely taking on challenges that come their way.

Living UP Campaign
Beginning this year, and in partnership with Ontario Mutuals, we are giving away cash prizes to recipients each month who are prioritizing the well-being of themselves and others.
Recipients can be students, educators or people/places in communities.
The Living UP Campaign is made possible due to the generous sponsorship of The Ontario Mutual Insurance Company.
“We love to hear stories of students, educators and others who use their strong coping skills to get through difficult challenges, or those who actively promote well-being for themselves and others. To help us recognize these people, we are starting an on-going Living UP Campaign, where we will present monthly prizes to deserving recipients. Let’s celebrate well-being together!”

How do I submit an entry?
Submisssion can be sen by the following ways:
- You can enter to win or nominate someone on our website
- You can post about positive coping skills and well-being on instagram, facebook or twitter and tag @umbrellapjct
- You can bring a story to our attention by DMing us and/or sharing the post with us @umbrellapjct
How does someone become the recipient of a prize?
The Umbrella Project Team will review all submitted entries and select 4 recipients/month to receive a Living UP award for their contribution to positive coping in their communities.
How and how often will someone be announced as a recipient of Living UP?
Recipients will be announced weekly on our social media platforms.
How will the recipients be notified?
Recipients will be notified based on contact information submitted through our website or through their social media contact information.
How will the recipients receive their prizes?
$100 VISA E-gift cards will be emailed to recipients of the Living UP award. In the event that a winner’s email is not provided after 3 attempts to contact them, the prize will be awarded to another recipient.
